Free, friendly and welcoming Stay and Play sessions (Mondays, 9.00am-10.15am) with Mrs Sadgrove and Mrs O'Toole. Explore the outdoors, play games, sing songs, visit our nursery children, and listen to stories with our early years staff and children.

Stunning outdoor space, Full size football pitch, two playgrounds, a pond, firepit, reading pods, stage, willow tunnel, climbing frame, traverse wall and tree house for children to play. All year groups receive a budget at the beginning of the year to pick the play equipment they would like for playtime and lunchtimes. This teaches the children value for money and respect for equipment/resources. All infant classes have their own outdoor space to extend learning beyond the classroom.
Gold Active Mark Award for PE led by strong, experienced PE and sport leader. Skilled teaching staff to develop fundamental movement skills. Recent swimming gala winners, Tag Rugby runners up and silver medal winners in the Traditional Sport Day Competition. Current projects include expanding the playground, updating playground markings, and installing outside lights to further develop our stunning outdoor space.
A laptop for every child in our recently refurbished ICT suite. Brand new smart TV’s in all classes with fibre WIFI. Online Safety Leaders to teach the children about how to stay safe online. Blogging club and working on an idea for a media/radio station for the children.
Excellent music opportunities. Passionate music leader with TV career and performing arts background. All children learn to play the xylophone and guitar by the time they leave primary school. Amazing nativities and dazzling musicals. For those that wish to specialise further, private music lessons by local musicians Adam Christopher. A choir that shares their love of singing with the local community.

Last Ofsted inspection judgement was Good 2019, however, our current school evaluation April 2022 is Good with Outstanding elements in Leadership and Management and Behaviour and Attitudes.

Bow, our School Mentor Dog. Everyone loves Bow with her soft, gentle nature. She teaches our children how to care for animals, be assertive, nurturing, caring and to stay safe around dogs.
